The Sacred Self Wellness Collective offers individual therapy to adults (18+) residing in Ontario, Canada. Our clinicians work with a variety of presenting concerns including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, childhood abuse / trauma, self-esteem, grief/loss, perfectionism, burnout, relational / communication issues.
At The Sacred Self Wellness Collective, we are guided by the belief that YOU are the only expert on you. We firmly believe that our role as your therapist is to sit alongside you as you guide us to where you would like to go. Our job is simply to help you forge the path.
We draw from a variety of approaches in our clinical practices including Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness and art based interventions.
In any case, we are deeply committed to finding an approach that is best suited to your unique goals and needs.
Couples therapy can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, improve their understanding of each other, relate to each other with increased empathy, or re-ignite a sense of passion.
We draw from the approaches of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy.
